Eurasian Bank continues to make the daily lives of its customers easier and more convenient: now the Bank debit card holders can pay for purchases using Kaspi QR in more than 700, 000 retail outlets across the country. This decision was made to make it easier for Kazakhstanis using Eurasian Bank cards to pay for purchases.
The service is available in the latest version of the Eurasian Bank mobile app and covers all the usual payment options: QR code scanning at sellers’ POS terminals, payment using a printed QR code, as well as payment at self-service machines. By expanding the geography and payment formats, the Bank strives to ensure that customers can pay where it is convenient for them, without unnecessary steps and restrictions.
Payments are made without fee, and each QR purchase brings the customer guaranteed bonuses – 1% of a payment amount until 31 December 2026. Make purchases as usual, but get bonuses from Eurasian Bank for payment via Kaspi QR. The accrued bonuses can be used immediately for the next purchases, which makes everyday spending even more profitable. The advantages of the Bank bonus program can be found here.
“It is important for us that our customers feel the Bank’s care every day in simple, familiar things, whether it’s paying at a convenience store, coffee shop or shopping mall. The launch of Kaspi QR is another step towards making using the Eurasian Bank card as convenient, profitable and unlimited as possible,” said Lyazzat Satiyeva, CEO of Eurasian Bank.
At the start, the service is available for Eurasian Bank debit cards, the connection of credit cards is among the next steps in the development of the project. Also, in the upcoming updates, electronic QR payment receipts will appear on the card statement. Now they can be found in the Messages section of the mobile app, and the payment history itself is already displayed on the statement. Payment is available from almost all sellers with the Kaspi QR logo, with the exception of certain categories such as Kaspi restaurants, QR codes on buses (ONAY) and partially QR codes in parking lots.
The Bank continues to improve the service to make it even easier and more convenient for customers to monitor their purchases and use the card in any situation. It is worth noting that the Eurasian Bank systems are ready to launch a single QR code, which is scheduled to take place on 19 July 2026.
Eurasian Bank plans to further expand the range of digital services, focusing on the real habits and needs of its customers to create maximum customer comfort.
