In connection with the publication on the stock exchange of the notice of the Bank’s sole shareholder, the EFC, on changes in the composition of its shareholders holding 10 percent or more of shares, we inform you the following:
The changes in the composition of the EFC shareholders are related to the registration of inheritance rights by the heirs of one of the EFC shareholders— Aleksandr Antonovich Mashkevich.
These changes do not affect the Bank’s operational activities and its strategic priorities.
