On the Amendments to the Adhesion Contract
Eurasian Bank informs about amendments and additions to the Standard Terms for Opening an Account, Issuance and Servicing a Payment Card for Business Customer (the Adhesion Contract).
The amendments were made in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
On Banks and Banking Activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan
On Payments and Payment Systems
and relate to:
– deadlines for notifying customers about the increase in fees and tariffs for payments and transfers;
– the concept of Card operation.
The changes take effect after 15 calendar days from the date of posting on the website.
